The mApp AI-based Machine Performance Analysis helps you identify the conditions that cause your machines to perform at their best or at unusually low levels. To this end, the mApp analyzes large amounts of historical production data using AI-based algorithms and presents the findings in a clear format. Use the mApp to analyze any combinations of influencing factors (machine, tool, material, etc.), evaluate the chronological development, and identify correlations. Drill-down functions help you analyze your machines and calculate the performance for specific conditions or specified time periods. This gives you a better understanding of the true performance of your resources.
