Digitalize your in-production inspection

Regular quality inspections are an integral part of efficient production and it is the only way to ensure that the products manufactured meet the specifications and the output is as high as possible. With the mApp In-Production Inspection, you digitalize your in-production inspections.

Your employees are automatically informed about upcoming inspections and can enter all required data based on user-guided dialogs. In this process, test equipment is also documented. You can specify a usage decision upon completion of the inspection tasks. If the inspection has resulted in a fail, a notification can be sent to specific persons.

Apart from in-production inspection, the mApp supports a set-up inspection as well as a final part inspection. Pending inspection tasks can also be listed and performed at a dedicated inspection station.

The mApp uses and stores data in the Virtual Production Reality (ViPR) of MPDV's Manufacturing Integration Platform (MIP).
